Learn basic motor skills, body positions, and tumbling skills. Introduce to gymnastics and tumbling equipment. Encourage the love of moving. Ages 4-6

Learn basic tumbling skills and body positions. Introduce correct skill technique. Improve overall flexibility and strength. Ages 6-9

Work novice and intermediate tumbling/trampoline skills such as handsprings and somersaults. Work routines and prepare for competition. Skill based.

Work increasingly difficult handspring, somersault and twisting skill combinations. Work routines and prepare for competition.  Skill based.

Practice includes boys and girls ages 4 and up. Practice focuses on routine performance and guidelines based on tumbling skill level.

Just you and your coach for 30 minutes working on a personalized set of goals.

Learn the fundamentals of cheerleading, tumbling and team work. Ages 7-11
